The tried a new tape and when I tried to record with it the camera immediately started started blinking like the tape was over/at the end (even thought it was a brand new tape). Then when I pressed the button to eject, the tape holding cartridge moved up but not out to the side to allow the tape to be removed. so I'm stuck with a tape that can't go in or out. The camera is charged. Is there a special button that can manually release the tape? (maybe the tape is defective?)
