johnson and starley j25-32 mk 111 modairflow wont heat my water since onstream changed my gas meter. it worked perfectly till they turned off and then relit the pilot.rang onstream and they fob you off telling you to get an engineer to look at it at your cost!any ideas please where to start.

you will need to re-light the circulator (water heater) which is usually on the right hand side of the appliance.
