when I change the fuse it blows again, whats the problem?

I have a Sharp TV, when I change the fuse it just blows again

Charlie, that's why we have fuses - when a fault happens and too much current flows the wires my get hot, melt or catch fire - a fuse is the weak link that fails first and prevents further damage.

Your TV is drawing too much current because of a fault - I would guess the fault is very probably associated with the power supply part of the set.

Sometimes a fuse operating close to its rating limit will fail with old age so it's OK to put a new one in and to see what happens - if the new fuse pops as well, then there's definitely a fault with the equipment.

It needs a good seeing to - or throwing away - there is no magic, reset-button fix I'm sorry to say.
