Hitatchi CT6781KC has no colour?

I just bought a used Hitachi CT6781KC. All the adjustments work except the colour. There is colour on the words used in the menu but not on the actual program Help??

Would this adjustment be found inside the back? or should I find it in the menu. We've tried pretty much everything in the menu. We've set the colour as high and low as it would go but no change. We set the tint and it makes an adjustment etc.

Turn the colour up. Somewhere you should find a control or menu option with three dots arranged as a triangle. That's the symbol for colour. Alternatively the set does it automatically and it's broke.
