While printing, the machine makes a sound like crackling paper and the picture comes out very grainy. This started suddenly in the middle of printing a series of pictures. I thought it might need a new color cartidge, so I replaced a new one specifically for the G600 printer. Using Kodak paper from the same kit. Dors this sound like it needs to be sent away for repairs and where?
