how do i remove and replace door seal on a hoover wm61

don't you mean hotpoint wm61

unplug appliance
remove the lid 3 screws
remove the fasia 4 screws knob pulls off
remove the outer door seal clamp ( grey platic clip )
remove 2 screws holding interlock
remove the front panel 6 screws, 3 at bottom, 3 behind fasia
remove restaint bracket 4 screws
remove inner clamp band for door seal
fit seal
assemble in reverse

as far as i know you open the door and there should be a plastic ring around the seal take that off then you have to take off the top of machine and look down at the seal and see whts holding it there undo that and take seal off from the outside,hope i am right.
