My Thomson free view Box has just gone off?

The Freeview box no is Thomson DVB DRI1000 I dont know what the problem is it is just gone completely dead no sound nothing what can I do

It's probably a temporary signal error, especially if you are in an area which is switching over from analogue to digital. Try retuning the box by adding the stations again from scratch - it will take a couple of minutes.
