My digital recoder (Thomson) will not transfer programmes from planned recordings to library. I've tried switching off but hasn't helped. The red recording light comes on when the programme starts but doesn't switch off & was still on this am. Nothing has transferred to library.
Can you help. Thanks very much in anticipation.
