hi just got eurovox ex7000hd+ i have swiched it on and done scan and it can not find no channels everything is pluged in and i have put new firmware on but does a power scan it finds nothing were am i going wrong
can anyone help?? have just done deep scan on eurovox sl1000 and have lost all disney channels kids going crazy ay me any idea how to get them back?? am getting desperate !!!

are you in the uk or ireland ? are you on ntl , virgin m ect? is the symbol rate right that your scanning for your provider , need a bit more info ,,,,, mick
