Take screws out on front of screen which are hidden by screw covers which are double-sided taped down. Carefully take front LCD bezel off using a thin screwdriver. The invertor is at the bottom of the LCD and just take the two cables out of either side of the invertor and insert new one. Be very careful not the electrocute yourself by taking out all means of power from the laptop before commencing with this. Invertors can give quite a shock and its not nice! Makes your fingers go all tingly... Good luck!
