Can I dye my husbands silk shirt which I've dropped bleach on?

I've washed my husbands cornflower blue silk shirt in a bowl which I had recently bleached. It has caused several bleach marks. Will I be able to dye it?

Probably not. If you dye the shirt - the bleached areas will still be paler than the rest of it.
