How to fix my Toshiba 65hdx82?

Hello,

I have a Toshiba television model # 65HDX82. The TV is not working correctly. The picture from inputs 0,1,2,3, and 7 is severely scrambled. The same result occurs with different sources. The picture from my hd satellite receiver is occasionally lightly to moderately scrambled when connected to inputs 4 and 5 (the component video inputs). I can usually unscramble the picture by scrolling through the source outputs 420p to 720p to 1080i with the satellite receiver remote. The picture from my DVD player is severely scrambled when connected to inputs 1,2,3,4, and 5.

Input 6, the DVI input, never worked since the TV was new. The screen is black. I complained about this when the TV was under warranty and was told by Toshiba that I needed to try changing the source device. Since I did not have another device with a dvi output and the TV was working fine with the component cables I dropped the issue. Yesterday, I purchased a Blue Ray Player to see if I could get a picture through input 6 (the dvi input). Still, just a black screen. Using the other inputs I get a scrambled picture.

I am feeling frustrated would greatly appreciate any help you could offer.
