I use sky+ for my entertainment , but my tv loses approx 6 inches left hand side and right hand side reducing picture down to a square but this does not happen on all the channels .Sky staff tell me this is a fault with toshiba it does not recognize signal been sent at 16.9 as my picture format states . How can this be and how can I get this rectified
