Our washing machine goes through the full washing cycle on normal washes but does'nt clean the clothes. I have now put the loads on very long washes and it has improved. It is am Ariston Marguerita
Try cleaning out the filter ball - there may be something stuck in it. If the water is not getting away quick enough the clothing does not clean as well.
