How do I add on speakers that are HARD WIRED to my existing computer?

I have speakers that I would like to add to my computer for auxiliary sound on another floor of my house. These speakers work when connected to the original Sony boom box....But I would like to take advantage of music available by my computer....Is there some way I could wire jacks to them to make them compatible? I have a Dell computer, if that's any help--but I think in the speaker dept. it's all the same. Thanks!!

The easiest way would be to run a line from your computer to your boombox line-in - you're going to need at least a pre-amp to drive the speakers so using the boom box is easiest.
