the radio shows a line of illuminated blank squares on power up . Any suggestions what may cause this there is no sound only the power button seems to work
hold down the select button for 3 seconds...goes into factory reset mode

I don't see a USB option on my Pure Evoke 1. Mine powers up but won't tune at all. every button does the exact same thing...they bring up the manual tune menu. Auto (full and local) tune brings up 0 stations. Don't want to sell it as I quite like it. Any suggestions would certainly be appreciated. Cheers.

Don't know how to fix it, but I have what sounds like the same problem. If I turn it on and off several (sometimes 10-20) times, it usually works evantually. I fear that eventually it will stop working altogether.

have you tried updating/re-applying the firmware through the usb?
