how do i reinstall my veo webcam when CD will not run

Veo drivers can be found on the VEO website. Select Support then web cameras. Be sure to uninstall the old drivers first, then reboot with the device disconnected.

use google and type in the make and model of your webcam, it will show a link to the makers websit, search for downloads and download the driver direct from the website
make sure the webcam is not installed when downloading the drivers as setup will tell you when to install the webcam
