my sky + box will not let me record whilst watching another channel?

Instead of two channels my box is only seeing one channel so it wont let me record and watch a different program.

The one of the cables one of the LNB ports has a problem. With POWER OFF check all the cable connectors. Next try swapping to another of the LNB ports. (There should be four on the LNB. IF you only have two port then you need to swap the LNB.)
