My keypad is Spanish and doesn't have a pound sign on it. How can I install one on my shortcut keys.

If you're talking about the monetary symbol, I don't know, but if you're talking about # you can create the symbol by holding down your alt key while pressing 35 on your keypad. then release the alt key. You can write a macro and assign it to the keyboard. Check your specific software instructions for details.
