I have just bought a ALTVDi31217 Alba tv it tunes in fine except for Digital BBC1 and BBC2 have retuned and retuned until ready to bust

if i go back to my settop box it shows full signal on both chs but connect the Alba and first program found is ITV :(

really like this tv but so disappointed rang Alba tech help to get a guys mobile phone that said keep trying til he is on huh

If your STB box works and the TV doesn't, take the TV back for a refund and get another one. Under the various Sale of Good Acts, during the first six months it up to the retailer to prove that is isn't faulty rather than you prove that it is.
