hi how can i repair my 37 inch matsui lcd tv it stuck on channel and remote wont work on it

I had a my arial rerouted and all of a sudden the picture looks stretched. The button to adjust from 4:3 & 16:9 does adjust the picture a bit but not sufficient enough as before.
My TV is a Matsui 28N10 28WN20 32WN20
Can you advice me please?
