How can i fix or mend my rubber gloves? ?

There is tiny hole on the index finger and every time I wash dishes water gets in. I would wash them with my bare hands but they would dry and start peeling.

Using silicone sealant is not a bad idea except that the cost of a tube of silicone is probably far more than the cost of a new pair of gloves. Gloves aren't very expensive. Why don't you just buy a new pair?

Use a very small amount of Silicone sealant (clear) rubbed on in layers (wait until ech layer dryes before applying the next) or for larger holes use a tyre repair patch
