Hot water, No Central heating, how to fix a pump?

I have a reasonably new Ferroli combi bolier which i've just tried to fire up the central heating as its starting to get colder now and I have hot water in the house but radiators are not warming up. I believe the pump is not kicking in, is their an easy fix or is a new pump required?

I had exactly the same problem glad I researched on google. I removed the centre cap and managed to get the pump going by using a screwdriver. That saved me a call out charge, thanks for the advice!

to eliminate the clock/timer isolate power and link the terminals on the board simples..its only a switch at the end of the day :-s

not necassarily the stat/timer..if youve not used the heating for a while could be the central heating thermistor /temp sensor..they corode in the crappy ch watereasiest way to check ure pump is cover the electrics panel with waterproof material if you can put the demand on for water or heatin remove the center cap of the pump insert a scredriver if it the centers spinnin its all cool..and also make sure thers power at the pump aswell

the pump may not be working, the more recent non condensing ferroli boilers (domicompact f24, f30 etc) have a twin pass heat exchanger, so the pump is not in use for the hot water to work. if there is power going to the pump then that's most likely where the fault is. if no power then faulty timer or room stat. watch the room stat connection on this boiler as it often falls off if you disturb the casing.

If you have Hot Water, then the Pump is Working!
Sounds like you have a problem with your Time or temperature copntrols -check the timeclock and room stat
