old baxi rs, need to know how to refil system with water?
i have an old rs boiler which runs fine, the other day we had a leak from the kitchen radiator ,so the wife turned off the water supply till i got home, of course by the time id got home and repaired the leaking radiator joint, the system had emptied of water, but i cant seem to see how to get it topped up again,
the header tanks full,all the valves are open as they were, the solenoid valve has a manual setting on this but all tried to no avail, after 2 minutes the boiler shuts down and i then have to reset the thermostat cutout again.
any ideas!!!
