Some of these units have not been assembled correctly.
There is a braided hose at the back of the unit that leads to the pressure vessel.
This should go round, over the bar at the rear of the boiler, not under it as may be the case.

If the hose goes under the bar, the inner rubber tube comes kinked, and the excess pressure cannot reach the pressure vessel.
It therefore dumps the extra water out of the pressure valve.

Shut off the water, make sure the boiler is cold. take of the hose, wash it out (to make sure), and re attach it with the hose passing over the bar.

jobs a goodun :D

We have the same boiler and keep losing pressure, after checking outside we do have water leaking from the discharge pipe, what does it mean?

Thanks

or you expansion vessel may be worn out/deppressurized

Check that there is no water leaking from the discharge pipe usually located outside. If there isn't there must be a leak under the floor somewhere in your house. The cost of the work will depend on how much work is involved
