How do I fix shredder if motor runs but teeth do not turn?
I have a Royal VF1700mx shredder that was working great. All of a sudden, paper got stuck in it, I removed the paper, then the teeth would not go forward or reverse. The motor runs fine. There are a couple of plastic teeth broken, I don't know if that would factor into the problem as well. The teeth seemed as if they were going to turn but hesitated. Please advise.
