A few minutes after starting my washing machine it trips the electric circuit breaker for the house. There is water in the bottom of the drum but not so much that it pours out when opening the door.

Turn it on again and the power trips.

Put it on spin only and it still trips.

Unplug the pump and it still trips.

Empty out water as much as possible and it put it on spin then it completes the cycle (pump works and motor works)

The heater is gone for sure that is why it is ok on the spin, the heater switches on just after the wash starts causing it to trip.

Could it be Pressure switch shorting out somewhere maybe?
