The last time I washed the cycle was going fine until it got to the the spin cycle. The washing machine emptied and then started to continuously beep at me. The two yellow lights to the left of the shout cycle wash are on and the orange light in between rinse and spin cycle are on. It continuously beeps. Have had to unplug if from the wall. If I press the start button the beeping stops and the red spin light comes on. What do you think is wrong?

Hi,
On occassion I get stains on my clothes (brownish to yellow) on whites that were not there before I washed the clothes. Its ruined several t-shirts and polo shirts. This doesn't happen every load and I use color save bleach. Any ideas?

Hi, I am trying to connect with other people who are having problems with their F&P Excellence or Pride model top loader machine. We have had problems with ours continuously since 2007, had numerous technicians out to fix it, all to no avail. F&P insist there is nothing wrong, and are refusing to co-operate with us. The machine now does not spin at all between rinse cycles, so I have to manually start the machine 3 times per load to manually control the machine. I have time for only one wash per day, as it takes about 1.5 hours to get through a load. It is now a manual not automatic machine. I cannot afford to replace it, F&P refuse to refund my money. They have already admitted liability by giving me a replacement machine, but it has the same design fault. I am exhausted from fighting F&P........:) My advice - keep away from F&P...they are nothing but trouble and a complete waste of money.:)

Fault code indicates that there is a problem with the hot water inlet valve. First open top panel & make sure the two red wires are firmly plugged in to the valve. If ok then replace the hot water inlet valve.
