Humax PVR 9200T freeze?

I have read all the responses to this problem, resetting to default and re-tuning all channels, but before I try this, will I lose everything that I have recorded?

Try turning the power off then back on.

No. Recorded programmes already on the hard drive aren't affected. The reset will clear your scheduled recordings, so you'll have to re-enter those.
