firstly switch off for 2 mins, switch back on & wait 30 mins then try the standby button..... if this doesn't work try switching off the box, again, leave for 2 mins (may require 2 people) whilst holding the standby button switch back on & hold till the green light comes on (2 mins max)..... this should hopefully reset the box but be warned!!!!...you will loose any saved/stored programs & will need to series-link them again as this method formats your harddrive ...... hope this helps & saves you a £65 call out fee ;)
