buy a new picture screen . Very expensive best bet get a new TV that is LCD rather than Plasma. It is also claimed that the newer LED TVs have the same if not better color definition that the older , high power consumption ( Mucho watts ) uses, they are even cheaper to operate than the LCD TV's
