replacing a full pvc panel?

I can see I have a rubber beading on the outside of the door then a full pvc beading on the inside of the door which locks the panel in place. would I be correct in removing the rubber bead outside first which would make removal of the inside bead easier cut panel to the size and replace in reverse order ?

Tell me the make of window/Door. The year it was fitted.
If the is a new door then the beads need taking out first.
If it is an old door then its on wedging the wedging should be in one peace if there is joints in the corners,Then you need a wide chisel or strong 2" scrapper, use which tool you have try to push the tool in the middle of the hinge side
PS don't be rough with it.You should be able to push the bead in so you can get behind it.
