how can i fix a tv, sharp, 27U-S60?

I am a tech and I came across a vertical sync problem in a 2003 sharp 27" tv model # 27U-S60. I have checked capacitors and I have replaced the veritcal IC chip LA7841. what else can I do to solve this problem?
