I enter pin number to start the set up for freeview box ITD81 SD UK. incorrect format comes up on screen ..what am I doing wrong.

The default code for a Sagem box is 1234. (BTW, this has been answered umpteen time before.)

If you are entering the correct code anf the box is new, take it back for refund.

BTW2. It helps people to help you if you give the MAKE as well as the Model.
