bathroom zone 1 light fitting?

im changing my light fitting and i opened to find 3 red and 3 black wires,my new fitting only has a live and a neutral what do i do?

If one of the black wires has a red sleeve on it, all the red wires go together in terminal block, 2 of the black wires go to the neutral of your light fitting, and the black wire with red sleeve goes to the live of the fitting.
I trust your new light fitting is at least IPX4?
