can anyone tell me what code 10 on my Vokera mynute boiler means ?

everytime i switch my heating or hot water on code 10 flashes and it goes off.

think it's an ignition problem. you can check the instruction manual at
http://www.vokera.co.uk/trade-professionals/manuals-literature/
best to get a qualified engineer to have a look, could be any number of problems causing it.
