You could have any number of problems with a machine that won't spin. Does it drain ok? check the drain function. If it drains ok, is the water level switch working ok? Is the pressure chamber that leads to the level switch blocked? Another problem could be the door interlock, the motor, the control PCB. If you can isolate what it isn't, then all you are left with is what it is. Hope this helps.
