Ferroli Domina 80 problem Tech help needed?

Hi I have a domina 80 combi that wont fire up for either hot water or ch. If you switch HW on the demand light comes on. Same with the CH. I have followed the diagnostic stuff in the manual and there is power being supplied from the main pcb to the ignition one. The air pressure switch activates if you blow down it. The water pressure swithc seems to be ok as well as does the overheat stat. I cant easily get to the fan to check that there is power there but when i check it at the pcb end there isnt 230v present.

Am i missing soemthing? or does it sound like the ignition pcb has died?

Ok pump runs for heating but no ignition. Both relays on the main board switch with the demand of an open tap. The fan doesnt run. I have checked all the switched inputs and they are closed except the air pressure switch. I have bypassed this but the fan still doesnt run, there is no 230v supply getting to it.

Anymore ideas?
