Does anyone know much about Ideals?

Mine is stuck in dhw, it isn't firing (no fan no pump either). There is no DHW demand, all taps off, no leaks anywhere, pressure OK.

As it's stuck in DHW it won't acknowledge a CH demand either, so no heating and no hot water.

Any advice much appreciated (anyone know how much Ideal charge for a visit?)...

you probably need a new dhw thermistor, around £15. i'm pretty certain this also acts as the flow switch on this boiler. you'd need to phone ideal to ask how much they'd charge.
