ya go to argos and give them some monney and they give you a new one

the fixer, February 2010

I also have one of these and it's quite easy to do:
1. Press menu button on remote
2. Choose Installation

Pick either the Add New Channel or the First Time installation

Both will retune all the channels if your aerial is good enough
