Scart lead LG LV720?

I have purchased a lg lv720 video recorder which has a scart lead, but my tv (a very old panasonic) has only got an ariel socket. Can I convert the scart lead to fit my tv.

Hmmm... that is a pickle... On some video models, (No not some, pratically ALL models,) have two aerial sockets, AERIAL IN and AERIAL out, on the back of the recorder. Buy an aerial lead, connect it up, and you will need to retune and you find the VCR's signal. To find the signal play a tape or something. (If you dont like to keep re-tuning to find this signal, it might be an idea to store the channel into the TV's memory. "Where does the aerial go?" you might ask, it will have to be plugged into the remaining aerial socket. You will now need to re-tune the TV signals into the VCR. Keep it on though, as the Video Recorder acts like a "aerial booster" to the whole thing. You turn it off, and it will go back onto scrappy signals. Good things is, the aerials reception will not be affected. It will still store the signals on the correct channels.

Yes. Visit your local dealer and ask for a scart to RF Modulator. They may need to order it as they're not asked for that often but they are readily available. Expect to pay around £30 ($53).
More often get asked for them for using DVD Player with RF only TV's but it's the same thing.

I don't think you can, you can get converters that will chang it into a composit and audio outputs have you got these on your set?
