My rad only gets hot at the top. I relaced it with a new one and its exactly the same. I closed off all the other rads and its still the same. all the other rads work ok. The boiler has also been replaced. All the rads have been bled. Any Suggestions?

turn the lockshield valve down a bit at a time until the rad heats correctly.
