If you go into device mananger or equivalent and double click on the first usb option in the list,it will tell you if the port is working correctly.If all seems well there I would check by right clicking on the first usb option as before and checking the powersource each usb port has.If you find that one is lower in power than another try updating driver your drivers.You could even try rolling back the usb drivers and then updating them to make sure they are all getting topped up at the same rate.aiaf all this fails,restart your commy pressing f8 and opt for the 'last known good configuaration'.One more thing,you are using 2.0 usb devices arnt you?I dont think 1.0 usb,s will work very well at all.I hope I helped a little.
