Place your CD in your drive and restart your PC. During installation you will be given the option to install Windows over your existing installation or you can select to let the install format your hard disk.

create a boot disk or if you have one start the computer with it, at the a: prompt type deltree mbr then type fromat c: and it will format the drive when it has finished load your new os
