The machine appears to run smoothly through the first cycle but hangs when it gets to the spin cycle with a slight ticking noise like it is labouring to spin. When I turn the dial to the prewash rinse it behaves normally but won't move to the final spin unless I manually turn the button. On the final cycle it does spin but not fast enough to drain the water. When we stop it, the water just refills and air bubbles back into the drum. Please help as I have two dirty children on school holidays and my towels are getting very dizzy! Cheers
