How do I get stereo sound from my deaktop speakers. I only get mono out of one speaker.
...been all through the control panel sound options but to no avail.

control >panel>sounds and audio devices. Audio tab, speaker settings choose advanced. You can change the settings in there under advanced. If there isn't that option you do not have stereo speakers.
