picture keeps stalling how do I fix it

My Thomson dtr 160 is totally dead. I checked the 1.25 fuse inside and it is ok. Also the lead and 3amp fuse in the wall socket is OK. Any ideas?

Mine started to stall on channel 10 after the retune on 30th September .Numerous channel scans all came up showing scan failed..so I took out the top up card from its slot at the front,wiped the terminals and replaced it then did another scan,which actually completed and this has cured the problem on my box.
