Spin Speed?

I have an Hotpoint WM25P washing Machine Aquarius 1000. Is there anyway I can tweek it to increase the spin speed up from 1000 RPM?

I think that you would be better off just cleaning out the sump and making sure the drain pipe is clear as 1000 spin is quite fast, if you are still intent on jacking it up you will have to spend quite a bit of money.
