Hotpoint washing machine WD420 leeks from soap draw?

Hi,
When on spin and rince cycle my hotpoint washer/dryer leeks water from the soap draw. In total approx 1 pint dribbles, and some times squirts out.
How can I fix?

that means a peace of cloth has block the nose on the machine like stucks or scarf.check discharge hose and remove the peace of cloth.
