I'm having the same problem as Debbie.

Other sky boxes in the house are picking up signals fine, whereas my Thomson box seems to be losing channels randomly and then later on gaining them again.

Very frustrating!!!

Additionally I have no signal on the 2nd tuner at all.

Can anyone help?
